Alan McCann directed this shot of him and his mate Kevin in front of the Fitzrovia Mural, which was first painted in 1980 by Mick Jones and Simon Barber. Alan said Kevin was not well due to cancer. “He’s a diamond geezer and it will take a tank to kill ‘im” he said. Alan added that this area was his “hood” and he’s lived in London for over 50 years.
