Firoz Shah was born and raised on the pavement outside JJ Hospital and has been a taxi driver for about 20 years. He has always wished to receive a formal education but was unable to as he had to earn from a very young age to support his family. Over the years he has worked jobs several ranging from construction work to house help. He took up driving to earn a sustainable income and aims to improve the financial condition of his family.
