ACE (Art Comp Exhibition) is open!

First Place goes to Floyd Pickett, with Judges Isabel Langtry and Clive Jennings.

Our Art competition exhibition in collaboration with Hampstead School of Art (HSoA) opened on Tuesday night with a bang! Record numbers of people attended the opening/prize giving filling the room with smiling faces and proud artists. We all admired the top 20 finalist’s art hanging on the walls and the wonderful art published in the catalogue.

The top three winners were announced by two of the judges, Isabel Langtry and Clive Jennings. Third place was Thomas Herold’s “Tower and the City" , second place went to Dominic Hanley’s “Anima” and first place went to Floyd Pickett for his untitled portrait. HSoA also awarded Leo Rabelo with tutoring at their arts school to develop his practice.

Huge thank you to everyone that took part this year and we hope you all keep up the great creativity!

Artwork is on show at HSoA until the 20th of March so please and support local art.

Yes, a really great night last night. Thanks so much for organising such a hugely enjoyable event. It was great to be there; and to receive a cheque, a catalogue and a certificate was a wonderful surprise and it really was the cherry on top of the icing on top of the lovely cake.” - Chris Houdling - finalist artist
