“I took the photo because it reminded my of my many times in Camden Town. Camden Town was the place to be back in the early ‘80s.” Lewis Austin now works a couple of days a week at the homeless art group at Arlington House, Camden, not far from the canal. “I thought about coming here when I picked up the contest camera. I thought ‘well, I’ll go to where I used to go, my old stomping ground.’ This is one of the places I used to go but it’s totally different now.” In 2024 MYLONDON calendar (April).
